The Matrio™ Control app presents a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for managing Dayton Audio's DAX88 or Matrix88 8-Source, 8-Zone Distributed Audio Matrix Systems. Matrio™ delivers a sophisticated multi-zone Wi-Fi audio experience, granting freedom to enjoy your music according to your preferences, regardless of your location within your residence or business.

Command of All Zone Functions

• Matrio™ grants full control over each of the eight output zones. Through the Zone Control menu, users can adjust various zone settings such as power on/off, source selection, volume control, and mute on/off. Additional functions like bass, treble, and left/right balance are also available for individual zones. Featuring an intuitive interface, Matrio™ streamlines control over the DAX88 system.

Control Multiple Zones at Once

• In addition to individual zone management, Matrio™ offers the capability to group multiple zones for efficient control. The Group Control menu allows adjustments to all relevant zone settings including power on/off and mute on/off. Users can also synchronize volumes and input sources across grouped zones from the menu. Custom group control enables the selection of any combination of zones from all DAX88 units on the network.

Use Your Preferred Streaming Service

• Utilize your preferred streaming service seamlessly with the DAX88 system. By supporting direct streaming through Apple AirPlay, Spotify Connect, or DLNA, listening to your favorite music has never been easier. Stream from services like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, TIDAL, iHeartRadio, and TuneIn throughout your space.

Give Your System Custom Names

• Personalize the names of your sources, zones, and DAX88 devices to facilitate quick identification of zones and inputs. Naming each of the eight zones aids in tracking and controlling specific areas within the setup. Custom zone names play a key role in grouping zones effectively and ensuring accurate selection. These customizable names can be changed as needed and are visible in Matrio™ to all network users.
